About the Role
">- General customer service duties include assisting customers with their queries, helping them find items, and addressing any concerns they may have.
- You will also be responsible for balancing a cash register, processing transactions accurately, and promoting additional sales opportunities to customers.
- In addition, you will use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.
Key Responsibilities
">- Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
- Ability to work in various temperatures and lift up to 25 pounds.
- Cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
