Customer Service Representative

Job Overview

• We are seeking a motivated and friendly Cashier Part Time to join our team at Loves Travel Stops & Country Store.

• As a cashier, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer experiences while maintaining a clean and welcoming store environment.

About the Role

• General customer service duties include assisting customers with their queries, helping them find items, and addressing any concerns they may have.
• You will also be responsible for balancing a cash register, processing transactions accurately, and promoting additional sales opportunities to customers.
• In addition, you will use various methods and technology to ensure proper food safety conditions of our fresh food and deli products.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service and responding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including restrooms, showers, gas/diesel pumps, and completing trash runs.
• Ability to work in various temperatures and lift up to 25 pounds.
• Cross-training in other departments such as Restaurant Services, Fresh Kitchen, Facility Maintenance, and leadership roles.
