JOB LOCATION :
BASIC PURPOSE :
The eLearning Graphic Designer is responsible for creating the visual elements of eLearning courses and other training materials for the Talent Development team. This includes the creation and design of learning and practicing experiences, as well as the creation of learning courses including graphics, animation, video and audio. This role will effectively assist in the process of acquiring and retaining knowledge , skills, and competencies for all learners in an appealing and engaging manner.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES :
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE :
Minimum of a BA / BS in graphic design, instructional design, educational technology or similar.
Proficiency with Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier, Acrobat, Microsoft Applications, Learning Management Systems, Content Management Systems, PowerPoint and Outlook.
SKILLS AND PHYSICAL DEMANDS :
Hard skills : Experience using Adobe Creative Suite and Adobe Captivate and Microsoft Office. HR specific software knowledge a plus. Proven working experience in instructional design, graphic design and with instructional technology a plus. Excellent knowledge of design theories, learning theories and instructional design models. Visual design skills (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premier) an d ability to storyboard.
Requires prolonged sitting, some bending and stooping.
