**About the Role**
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Food Operations Manager to join our team. As a key member of our fresh kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our food preparation and sales processes.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen environment that adheres to proper food safety procedures.
- Drive sales growth through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation strategies.
- Oversee task execution and completion, maintain schedule integrity, and complete daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
- Collaborate with team members to prepare and package products in a timely manner to maximize customer satisfaction.
- Understand financial reporting, including profit and loss statements, to inform business decisions and capitalize on opportunities.
**Requirements**
- 1 year of management experience
- 1 year of experience affecting budgets and P&L statements
- 1 year of supervising and training 5 or more employees
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel
