Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Fresh Food Manager to join our team. As a key member of our kitchen staff, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our fresh food services. This includes leading a team of staff, managing processes to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, and driving growth through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
Responsibilities
- Evaluate and implement effective inventory management strategies to minimize waste and maximize profits.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality ingredients.
- Lead a team of staff to prepare and package products in a timely manner to meet customer expectations.
- Collaborate with leadership to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience in management or supervisory role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Intermediate level computer skills including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Able to lift/move items over 50 pounds or more.
