Job Description
We're looking for an exceptional individual to lead our fresh food kitchen as a Fresh Food Manager. As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations, managing processes, and enhancing customer satisfaction. Your leadership skills will drive sales, maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment, and oversee task execution.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven management experience with a focus on effective leadership and teamwork
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a keen eye for detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to successfully manage budgets, P&L statements, and financial reporting
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel, with intermediate computer skills
- Physical ability to lift and move items weighing over 50 pounds
