About the Role
This role involves leading our kitchen team to provide exceptional customer service and drive sales growth. You will work closely with our General Manager to develop and implement strategies to enhance customer service and drive sales growth. Key responsibilities include:
- Ensuring proper food safety procedures are followed at all times
- Managing inventory levels to minimize waste and optimize stock
- Developing and implementing strategies to enhance customer service and drive sales growth
- Closing and reporting sales data, including profit and loss statements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 1 year of experience in restaurant management or operations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Intermediate level computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
