About the Role
We are seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our operations, you will ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment for our customers.
You will assist your manager in maintaining smooth operations, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Job Functions
- Provide general customer service duties, including assistance, issue resolution, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with general cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Use various tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations, including equipment repair and maintenance.
- Cross-train in other departments such as Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
