Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained kitchen with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
- Assist the General Manager with task execution, scheduling, and talent development.
- Coach team members to prepare and package customer orders in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- 1 year of restaurant management experience.
- 1 year of managing operations with an annual sales volume of $500k.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction focus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.
