Love's Travel Stops & Country Stores is a leading provider of travel stops and convenience stores. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations and drive efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team and manage processes to grow sales and meet organizational goals.
- Hands-on responsibility of multiple business operations, including retail store, fuel, restaurant, fresh kitchen, and truck care.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through restroom and shower cleanliness, facilities, equipment maintenance, and safety checks.
- Drive sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and merchandising standards.
- Collaborate with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition and assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management. You should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work various shift times. Additionally, you should be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
