As a key member of our restaurant management team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include managing processes, executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction, and maintaining a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance. You will also be responsible for driving sales of products and services through efficient ordering, stocking, inventory management, and food preparation.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you must have at least one year of experience in restaurant management, preferably with a background in operations management. You should also have intermediate-level computer skills, including Microsoft Office, Outlook, Word, and Excel. Additionally, you should possess exceptional customer service skills, positive rapport-building abilities, expert salesmanship, and the ability to ensure satisfaction by managing operations and employee-vehicle deployment.
