The Assistant Restaurant Manager is responsible for assisting the Restaurant Manager in leading staff, managing processes, and executing strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership and Training: Assist in leading staff and training employees to ensure high-quality customer service and sales results.
- Operations and Maintenance: Ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility through facilities and equipment maintenance along with adherence to proper food safety procedures.
- Financial Reporting: Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily, weekly, and monthly reporting, including analyzing profit and loss statements.
Requirements:
- Experience: 1 year of restaurant management experience, including managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million.
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Certifications: Food Safety Certification preferred.
