About the Role
Taco Bell - Westville is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Supervisor to join our team at our Westville, IN location. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading their team to achieve exceptional customer satisfaction, quality service, and compliance with store policies while meeting and/or exceeding financial goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor team members to ensure adherence to all service standards.
- Supervise the service of guests, paying close attention to signals from guests in need of assistance.
- Assist the manager in establishing and monitoring sidework duty completion.
- Review daily communication sheets from previous shifts and prepare ones for the following shifts.
- Ensure the restaurant maintains cleanliness and is set up properly. Inspect tables for cleanliness and proper setup.
- Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear direction to staff.
- Comply with attendance rules and be available to work on a regular basis.
