Job Description
As an Operations Manager at Loves Travel Stops & Country Stores, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing processes, and driving efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will lead a team, manage multiple business operations, and ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained facility. You will also collaborate with managers in the efforts of talent acquisition and assist the General Manager with proper task execution and completion.
Requirements:
We are looking for an individual with 2 years of experience in retail, travel stop or c-store, big box, grocery, or department store management. You should have strong organizational and multitasking abilities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work various shift times. Additionally, you should be able to successfully complete a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
