Sales Growth and Quality Control Leader
We are seeking a motivated Sales Growth and Quality Control Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of successful restaurant operations and be passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote sales growth
- Conduct regular training sessions to ensure high-quality customer service
- Maintain a clean and safe facility, adhering to health and safety regulations
- Deliver a quality product, meeting customer expectations
- Lead by example, demonstrating a high sense of urgency and initiative
Requirements:
- 1 years of experience in sales growth and quality control
- 1 years of experience managing operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million
- 1 years of experience affecting budgets and P&L statements
- 1 years of experience supervising and training 5-10 employees
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50lbs on a regular basis
- Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel
