We are seeking a Store Manager to oversee the restaurant division of our store. This role will involve managing all aspects of the restaurant, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversight of all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management and inventory control.
- Analysis of sales data to implement strategies for revenue increase and cost reduction.
- Maintenance of a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations.
- Supervision and training of employees to improve performance and productivity.
Requirements:
- 1 years of restaurant management experience with a proven track record of success.
- Proven ability to manage operations with an annual sales volume of $1 million.
- Valid driver's license and ability to lift 50lbs on a regular basis.
- Intermediate level PC skills, including MS Outlook, MS Word, and MS Excel.
