Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Tire Repair Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for the sale, removal, and replacement of tires for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
Key Responsibilities
• Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement services
• Maintain clean and organized work areas
• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Perform equipment repair and maintenance of store facilities
Required Skills and Qualifications
• Ability to move and lift up to 75 pounds
• Ability to work in various temperatures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• High school diploma or equivalent required
