Job Title: Tire Technician
About the Role:
Tire Technicians work in a fast-paced environment, maintaining clean and welcoming spaces. You will interact with customers and drivers from all over, making their travels and days better.
Key Responsibilities:
- Take ownership of tire sales, removal, and replacement for commercial vehicles in shop and roadside service.
- Be responsible for equipment repair and maintenance of the store facility, including general housekeeping duties.
- Ability to move, lift 75 pounds, and work in various temperatures.
- Always prioritize customer safety and satisfaction, adhering to company safety policies and procedures.
- Work a rotating schedule that alternates between day and night as needed.
- Ability to obtain a medical card through the Department of Transportation (paid by Loves).
