What You'll Do
As an Ecommerce Merchandising Intern, you will gain hands-on experience working alongside a talented team of ecommerce and merchandising professionals. You will assist with a variety of tasks that support the success of our online store and overall business growth. This is a great opportunity to learn how to merchandise products in an online environment and gain insights into the day-to-day operations of an ecommerce business.

Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Assist in product catalog management, including uploading, categorizing, and optimizing product listings.
- Monitor and analyze product performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support in creating product merchandising strategies to maximize online sales and conversion rates.
- Help maintain and update content on the ecommerce platform, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all product pages.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, planning etc.) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Help in running seasonal promotions, sales, and other merchandising activities.
- Assist in tracking competitors’ product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Provide support in analyzing customer feedback and helping to implement improvements in product presentation.

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Business, Marketing, Retail, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in ecommerce, merchandising, and marketing.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A keen eye for detail and an understanding of online consumer behavior.
