- Product Listings : Assist in the creation and maintenance of online product listings, ensuring accurate and up-to-date product descriptions.

- Order Processing : Handle order processing, returns, and coordinate with the shipping department.
- Customer Service : Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or social media, and resolve complaints or issues efficiently.
- Website Maintenance : Ensure the website is functional, user-friendly, and visually appealing.
- Marketing Support : Assist in the development and execution of online marketing strategies, including promotional events and campaigns.
- Performance Analysis : Monitor and analyze site traffic, page performance, and customer behavior data to suggest improvements.
- Content Management : Assist with website design and content updates, staying up-to-date with the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
