- Lead the evaluation and implementation of payment plan solutions, card reader technology, CareCredit alternatives, or other financing tools.
- Provide active management, troubleshooting, and support for billing and collections-related escalations at hospital locations.
- Project manage process changes related to collections protocols.
- Oversee the logistics and implementation of program updates and ensure clear dissemination of related information.
- Review hospital requests for adjustments to existing product or service items; escalate or respond as necessary.
- Collaborate with the Supply Chain and Medical Advisory teams to review new products and facilitate dialogue.
- Use established pricing models to set pricing for new items or services implementing
- Own product and pricing list configuration in practice management system maximizing for field efficiency and structure
- Manage complex pricing evaluation projects, including online pharmacy and injectable pricing.
- Enter pricing data into relevant systems.
- Document and maintain the current pricing model for internal and field facing needs.
- Provide administrative support for tickets and How-To documentation for Billing, Client Financing, and Pricing processes.
- Resolve system related tickets as a result of configuration of codes and setup
- Drive implementation efforts surrounding systems and equipment related initiatives.
Operational Management – Inventory and Equipment optimization
- Establish and refine inventory best practices, including workflow optimization, labeling, supporting materials, and training resources.
- Evaluate return on investment (ROI) for site-level equipment requests.
- Oversee equipment field testing initiatives and implementation.
- Work with facilities for field maintenance schedule and troubleshoot errors
- Respond to inspection findings by developing best practices and ensuring protocols are updated.
- Manage PIMs and other system related settings to align to regulatory compliance
- Manage process changes resulting from regulatory updates.
- Oversee beta testing initiatives.
- Monitor controlled drug loss logs and ensure compliance.
- Collaborate with Supply Chain (SC) and Learning & Development (L&D) teams to execute safety standards.
- Monitor usage trends and escalate data insights as needed.
- Establish and enforce online pharmacy best practices.
- Manage vendor relationships and coordinate training opportunities.
- Review marketing content, recommend updates, and integrate materials into existing workflows.
- Facilitate catalog management and address escalated experiential concerns.
- Work closely with field teams to maximize pharmacy usage and address client needs effectively.
