What You'll Do
- Create breathtaking floral designs suitable for our fast-paced floral shop and market
- Interact with customers, grasping their visions and translating them into floral masterpieces
- Handle e-commerce partner design requirements while also showcasing originality in other creations
- Ensure the proper care, processing, and storage of incoming flowers and greenery
- Maintain an organized, clean workspace, including the flower coolers
- Ability to work well both in a team and independently
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Creativity and exceptional floral design skills
- Impeccable attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Strong customer service skills, including patience, empathy, and problem-solving
- General knowledge of flower names is a plus
- Must be able to work in a retail flower shop and occasionally work on-site at events
- The work environment may be fast-paced and require extended periods of standing and lifting
- Flexibility in work schedule, which may include evenings and weekends
