Position: Part-Time Floral Designer
Location: Charlotte, NC
Responsibilities:
Create stunning floral arrangements for various occasions, including birthdays, weddings, anniversaries, and more.
Design unique and artistic bouquets that capture the essence of each customer's vision.
Ensure the quality and freshness of flowers, maintaining our commitment to excellence.
Provide exceptional customer service, assisting clients with their floral needs and offering expert advice.
Assist with inventory management, ensuring we have a well-stocked and diverse selection of blooms.
Contribute to the overall ambiance and visual appeal of our shop through creative displays.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a Floral Designer or in a similar creative role is preferred, but not mandatory. We value passion and a willingness to learn!
A keen eye for design, color, and composition, with a strong attention to detail.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines without compromising on quality.
Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
Flexibility to work part-time hours, including weekends and peak floral seasons.
