- Associate's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field; CDA credential preferred
- Minimum one year experience working with infants and toddlers; experience with EHS programs an asset
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and manage physically active children
