Your Responsibilities:
- Assist the team lead in managing a construction crew of 1-2 members
- Ensure all necessary materials are loaded for each project with the team lead
- Support and train the installer as needed
- Conduct installations using company-approved methods in a hands-on role
- Maintain an efficient and quality-focused work pace
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences
Requirements:
- Capacity to lift heavy loads and work in crawl spaces
- Willingness to travel overnight for out-of-town jobs and work overtime if needed
- Proficiency in using mobile phones and apps
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Valid driver’s license and safe driving record that meets DOT Driver Qualifications
