About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to join our team at Lowe's Pro Supply. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with local owners, managers, and service providers within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business opportunities by developing strong relationships with customers and identifying potential sales leads
  • Plan, schedule, and lead daily meetings with customers to discuss their needs and provide solutions
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer activities and opportunities using CRM tools
  • Utilize company value propositions to bring effective solutions to customers and drive sales growth
  • Participate in training sessions and sales meetings to stay up-to-date on company products and services
  • Use data analysis tools to identify trends and build sales strategies to deliver company results

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • 2 years of experience in MRO sales or B2B sales required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
