Responsibilities
- Deliver quality customer service by responding promptly to customer needs and ensuring merchandise is accurately accounted for and delivered on-time.
- Pull and prepare orders for delivery or pickup, verifying invoices against loaded products to ensure accuracy.
- Assist customers and staff in loading merchandise safely into vehicles, including large appliances.
- Work effectively with the delivery team and Installation Providers to meet customer needs.
Requirements
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
- 6 months of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information.
- Physical ability to perform tasks that may require prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities necessary to perform job duties.
