* Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to safety standards and protocols
* Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experience
Customer Service
* Provide SMART customer service at all times, adhering to Lowe's customer service policies and procedures
* Listen attentively to customer inquiries and respond knowledgeably and promptly
* Demonstrate sincere appreciation to customers and communicate product information effectively
Clean and Safe Stores
* Maintain a safe and secure work environment, detecting potential hazards and reporting them to management
* Adhere to safety requirements and protocols relevant to job duties
* Operate store equipment safely and efficiently
Minimum Requirements:
* Less than 1 year of experience using a computer, including inputting, accessing, modifying, or outputting information
* Less than 1 year of experience using common retail technology, such as smart phones and tablets
* 1-2 years of retail experience as a cashier
Preferred Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
* 1-2 years of experience identifying and selling products based on customer needs
* 1-2 years of experience working in any department at a Lowe's retail store
