- Resolves safety issues on the floor and communicates with senior leadership.
- Partners with corporate and support functions to determine daily workload and inventory movements.
- Evaluates staffing needs and adjusts personnel to meet daily priorities.
- Communicates effectively with Operations Supervisors regarding business objectives and current issues.
- Reports key performance metrics to upper management and Corporate.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Transportation, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field.
- 3-5 years experience in distribution center operations or related area (or 7 years with increasing responsibilities).
- Leadership experience with direct report responsibility.
