The Talent Acquisition Analyst, Executive Recruiting plays a key role in supporting the Executive Recruiting team in delivering a seamless, professional, and high-touch experience for executive candidates and internal stakeholders. This position partners closely with executive recruiters, hiring managers, and senior-level candidates to coordinate interview logistics, support onboarding processes, and contribute to executive search operations. The ideal candidate brings a high level of presence, discretion, and attention to detail, while managing confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
What You Will Do
Partner with executive recruiters to support executive search operations from intake through offer, including resume review logistics, candidate research, and talent intelligence.
Conduct research and compile market insights to inform talent mapping, candidate outreach strategies, and competitive positioning.
Assist with the creation of candidate briefing materials and search status updates for business leaders.
Maintain data accuracy in tracking systems and contribute to reporting and analytics to support search progress and effectiveness.
Support special initiatives that enhance executive search operations, such as tools, templates, or best practice documentation.
Take ownership of special projects and initiatives as assigned by the Senior Director of Executive Recruiting.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree Business or related field
4 years related Human Resources or Talent Acquisition work. Previous experience in a staffing function required, preferably for a large retail company.
Preferred Skills/Education
Equivalent education, training, & experience required, professional certification desirable.
Experience with service providers (Recruiting process outsourcing experience preferred).
2 years of experience in project coordination or proven ability to effectively manage multiple competing tasks
