Are you a proactive, personable individual with a knack for creating a secure and inviting atmosphere? If so, we have an exciting opportunity for you to join our team as a Concierge!

Responsibilities:

Package Management:Skillfully handle a high volume of incoming packages, ensuring accurate and efficient distribution.
Log and maintain a detailed record of all deliveries, ensuring residents receive their packages promptly.

Building Patrols:Conduct regular, thorough walks around the premises to ensure the safety and security of our community.
Monitor CCTV systems and respond promptly to any suspicious activities or concerns.

Odor Control:Proactively identify and address any unusual odors or disturbances in the hallways.
Handle instances related to substances discreetly and professionally to maintain a clean and healthy environment.

Noise Control:Monitor noise levels within common areas and address any disturbances promptly and diplomatically.

Warm Welcomes:Greet all residents and guests with a genuine smile and infectious enthusiasm, setting a positive tone for their experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in security, customer service, or a related field is highly preferred.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
• Ability to multitask effectively and maintain composure under pressure.
• Keen attention to detail and a dedication to maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 32 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Morning shift

• Hyannis, MA 02601: Relocate before starting work (Required)
