Summary:
Join our dynamic team as a Latex Printer Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in production efficiency and quality assurance. In this hands-on position, you will operate and troubleshoot advanced latex printers, ensuring the highest standards of print quality while meeting production deadlines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety protocols and practices for all equipment.
- Set up and operate latex and Turbo Jet Printers and sheeters with precision.
- Conduct color matching to ensure print accuracy.
- Leverage strong organizational and problem-solving skills to excel in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
- Master a variety of digital tools related to color control, production queues, and output management.
- Collect and inspect print samples during production runs to drive adjustments as needed.
- Verify material specifications against job requirements, ensuring compliance with standards.
- Load and adjust presses with vinyl based on job specifications.
- Operate presses, conduct proof pulls for quality assurance, and check ink coverage, alignment, and registration.
- Commit to and employ established printing safety procedures.
- Consistently meet production deadlines without compromising on quality.

- Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with vinyls and inks; ability to perform detailed color matching.
- Time Management: Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a busy environment.

Shift Options:
We have multiple openings with the following schedules:
- 2nd Shift: Monday to Friday, 3:30 PM - Midnight
Work Environment:
- Comfortable working atmosphere with controlled temperature.
- Clean workspace, equipped with anti-fatigue mats.
- Occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and chemicals, with safety gear provided as necessary.
Physical Requirements:
- Successfully pass a Level 4 Physical Capacity Test post-hire.
- Strong vision and color recognition capabilities.
- Ability to stand for extended periods, with occasional lifting of weights ranging from 20 to 50 pounds.
Position Type/Work Schedule:
- This is a full-time position, with various shift options available to fit your schedule.

- No travel required.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
