We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in ensuring their experience is seamless and enjoyable. This position requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests with warmth and professionalism.
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently, including managing payments and issuing room keys.
- Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions.
- Resolve guest complaints and issues promptly and with empathy.
- Coordinate guest requests with other departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, room service).
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the hotel reservation system.
- Promote hotel services and amenities, including upselling where appropriate.
Requirements:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in basic computer systems and reservation software (training provided if necessary).
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
