Job Description:
The Radiologic Technologist - Ultrasound is responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations to support physician decision-making. Key responsibilities include:
- Operate ultrasound equipment to capture high-quality images.
- Verify patient information and prepare them for the examination.
- Prepare and maintain the exam room and equipment to ensure a safe and efficient examination process.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful as a Radiologic Technologist - Ultrasound, you must have:
- An Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology or Ultrasound Technology.
- A valid ARDMS or ARRT certification in Sonography.
- BCLS certification obtained within 7 days of employment.
- At least 1-3 years of clinical experience as an Ultrasound Technologist.
