Position Summary: To fulfill the mission of Legacy Christian Academy through the development, supervision, and administration of Spanish Immersion (SI) that meets the individual needs and goals of each student within a Biblical Worldview.
§ Support new teachers in the program as well as require growth plans and supervise those plans for poor performing teachers.
§ Onboard new teachers and help set up classrooms.
§ Monitor, recommend, and assist with Professional Development opportunities as well as helping teachers work through the 3-year required add.a.lingua PD program.
§ Serve as an emergency substitute and manage and grow our SI substitute pool. Onboard, train, and supervise our SI substitutes.
