As a Seasonal Merchandising Service Associate at Lowe's, you will deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining a clean, safe, and well-stocked store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with vendors and associates to meet store needs.
- Ensure accurate signage, pricing information, and displays to facilitate easy merchandise location.
- Create visually appealing product selections that are safe, clean, and accessible to customers.
Project Execution:
- Complete merchandising resets and service-related projects on time and in accordance with standards.
- Follow detailed project instructions to ensure accuracy and quality.
Physical Demands:
- Ability to perform tasks requiring prolonged standing, sitting, and other activities.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds without assistance; may lift over 25 pounds with or without assistance.
Requirements:
- Ability to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic (addition, subtraction).
- Ability to work overnight and weekends as required.
- Ability to utilize web-based computer programs to accomplish assigned tasks.
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 6 months of Lowe's sales floor experience.
- 6 months of experience performing product merchandising tasks including reading planograms and operating power equipment.
Pay Range: $15.50 - $16.15 per hour
