We offer competitive pay rates starting at $15.50-$16.75 per hour. Pay rate may vary based on factors such as position, location, education, training, and/or experience. - Being friendly and professional, and engaging vendors and associates to meet store needs.
- Ensuring signage, pricing information, and displays are accurate so that merchandise is easy to locate.
- Creating visually appealing product selections that are safe, clean, and easy for customers to access.
- Becoming familiar with product knowledge to build attractive and organized displays.
- Maintaining a safe working environment and adhering to all safety policies.
- Scheduling and completing projects as assigned by management, including but not limited to:
- Display creation and maintenance.
- Damaged product processing.
- Rotating and pricing stock.
- Resolving project issues or questions.
- Checking third party work completion.
- Providing proof of project completion.
- Availability to work 10-40 hours per week.
- Preferred availability during weekends and weekdays.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance and may require lifting over 25 pounds with assistance.
- Able to read, write, and perform basic arithmetic operations.
- Able to work overnight and weekends as required.
- Able to utilize web-based computer programs.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience performing product merchandising tasks.
- Knowledge of power equipment operation and basic hand tools.
