Lowndes is seeking a Human Resources Coordinator with 0-3 years of experience to join our Orlando office. The Human Resources Coordinator will provide support to the HR Department, assisting with staff recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, annual staff reviews, benefits administration, and employee incentives and events.
Responsibilities include:
- Post job ads, screen resumes, interview candidates, and conduct reference checks for non-attorney positions
- Coordinate with new hires during the onboarding process and create new employee accounts
- Assist with resolving employee concerns and escalating issues to the head of HR when necessary
- Work with team members in the HR department to enroll, update, and inform employees about their benefits
- Support HR initiatives such as employee engagement programs, wellness initiatives, and events
- Perform other related duties as assigned
- This position also serves as a back-up for payroll
