We are seeking to develope a bench of leadership who are open to gaining on the job skills to serve this demographic of residents that we hold so dear.
Practical on-the-job training within one of our skilled nursing facility in Aurora or Denver, Colorado under the direct supervision of an experienced Licensed Nursing Home Administrator will be extended.

The ideal canidate will need to flexible with regards to availability and be open to occasional presence at night and on the weekends to satisfy the needs of the buildings.
Salary Considerations range from $75,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience within the skilled nursing demographic.
During your training, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of the day-to-day operation of a facility including the following:
Care of vulnerable populations
Operating models and systems
Survey process, internal and external state surveyor visits, and quality measures
Reimbursement regulations
Nursing practices and procedures
Rules and regulations that govern the skilled nursing industry
If you are an individual with strong communications skills, organizational skills and have an ability to successfully interact with personnel, residents, family members, local and state agencies along with community members and meet the requirements listed below - you are the candidate we are looking for.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Meet the educational and/or experience requirements to apply for a Colorado Nursing Home Administrator License or the Colorado Administrator-in-Training program.

- Have a baccalaureate degree and/or at least two years of full-time work experience in a healthcare facility in a supervisory position.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
- Have five years of full-time work experience in any department of a skilled nursing facility, an intermediate care facility, or an intermediate care facility/developmentally disabled with at least 60 semester units (or 90 quarter units) of college or university courses. At least the most recent three years of the 5 years of work experience shall be in a position as a department manager or oversite of a team.
Salary : $75,000 - $90,000
