Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HVAC Operations Manager to oversee and optimize our HVAC operations. This role ensures efficiency, profitability, and customer satisfaction by directing HVAC teams, implementing best practices, and monitoring key performance metrics. You will play a pivotal role in staff management, job profitability, interdepartmental coordination, and continuous improvement of our service operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HVAC service and install teams, ensuring jobs are completed on time and meet high-quality standards.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless project execution and alignment with company goals.
- Oversee customer interactions to ensure high satisfaction and resolve any escalations efficiently.
- Assist in budget development and financial management, controlling expenses while maximizing profitability.
- Oversee HVAC inventory, service trucks, and equipment to ensure operational efficiency.
- Ensure all technicians and installers fully utilize ServiceTitan for dispatching, estimating, and payments.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills:
- 4 years of experience in HVAC installation, maintenance, or service management.
- Experience in team leadership, project management, and job costing.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar software for job tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
