Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused Lead Plumbing Install Journeyman to join our growing team. In this role, you will handle the installation, maintenance, inspection, and repair of plumbing systems in residential, new construction and commercial settings. With opportunities for on-the-job training, mentorship, and career advancement, this position is perfect for those eager to grow their expertise in the plumbing trade.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform plumbing installation work, ensuring high-quality work and customer satisfaction.
- Install and repair sinks, toilets, plumbing fixtures, and appliances, such as dishwashers and garbage disposals.
- Communicate clearly with team members and leadership on progress of the work and needs to overcome roadblocks.
- Inspect and test plumbing systems to identify and resolve issues effectively.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and well maintained vehicle if needed.
- Mentor and train apprentices, contributing to the growth of our team and industry.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
- Support the company’s goals by achieving personal performance targets.
What You Bring
- Experience:
- At least 1-2 years' experience leading or supervising a team. Superintendent or foreman experience preferred.
- 5 years of technical and trade experience in plumbing.
- Licenses: Current plumbing license required.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, troubleshooting, and repair techniques.
- Proficient use of power tools and commitment to their safe handling.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

- Other Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Physical & Work Environment
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varying environments, including outdoor conditions.
- Willingness to wear personal protective equipment and adhere to safety protocols.
- Comfortable working on concrete floors, uneven surfaces, and in tight or awkward spaces.
- Exposure to construction site sounds, dust, and odors.
