Position Summary
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Plumbing Install Project Manager to oversee and optimize our plumbing install operations. This role ensures efficiency, customer satisfaction, and team success by directing install teams, implementing best practices, and monitoring key performance metrics. You will play a critical role in staff management, job profitability, interdepartmental coordination, and continuous improvement of our service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct and oversee plumbing install teams, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Ensure excellent communication and service delivery to maintain customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Oversee inventory, vehicles, and equipment to maximize operational efficiency.
- Work closely with the Project Management Admin (PMA) to oversee mobilization and progress billing.
- Lead hiring, training, and development efforts to build a skilled and engaged install team.
What You Bring
Experience & Skills:
- 4 years of experience in plumbing installation, maintenance, and operations management.
- Experience in team leadership, project management, and job costing.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
- Proficiency in ServiceTitan or similar software for job tracking and reporting.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to meet insurance requirements.
- EPA Certification preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
