The Loyalty Used Car Super Center located in Petersburg, is part of the Loyalty Automotive group of dealerships in Richmond and Williamsburg. Loyalty is a locally, family-owned, growing automotive group that values employees and offers opportunity for real career growth. We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and highly motivated SALES and F&I MANAGER to guide our talented sales team at our used car store. Responsibilities Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals and growth Recruit, coach, and drive performance of sales team Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally Present and review sales reports and forecasts to management team Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals Vehicle trade-ins and appraisals Work with customers on financing options Present aftermarket products Foster lender relationships Required Skills Track record of sales success and leadership Proven F&I track record in the automotive industry Strong lender relationships High level of customer service Strong negotiation and presentation skills Attention to detail Ability to problem solve Effective communicator - both verbal and written Passion for mentoring and managing people Computer and automotive CRM programs proficiency Benefits : Competitive compensation package Medical, dental, 401k plus more!
