The Loyalty Used Car Super Center located in Petersburg, is part of the Loyalty Automotive group of dealerships in Richmond and Williamsburg. Loyalty is a locally, family-owned, growing automotive group that values employees and offers opportunity for real career growth. We’re looking for an experienced, energetic and highly motivated Sales and F&I Manager to guide our talented sales team at our used car store.
Responsibilities
- Develop sales forecasts and strategies to achieve sales goals and growth
- Recruit, coach, and drive performance of sales team
- Handle customer issues and concerns quickly and professionally
- Present and review sales reports and forecasts to management team
- Manage sales team to optimize performance and employee goals
- Vehicle trade-ins and appraisals
- Work with customers on financing options
- Present aftermarket products
- Foster lender relationships
Required Skills
- Track record of sales success and leadership
- Proven F&I track record in the automotive industry
- Strong lender relationships
- High level of customer service
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to problem solve
