Job Description:

Our Theology Department is searching for a caring, career-minded professional to teach theology in a department that strives to bring to life “a faith that does justice.” The position may include teaching at all levels from 9th through 12th grade. The teacher will work in a dynamic, collaborative, and technology rich environment with fellow teachers to create an educationally sound and developmentally appropriate learning environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Be willing to teach 8^th grade theology, Foundations of Catholic Morality (9^th), Sacred Scripture (10^th), and at least one of our electives: Catholic Social Thought, Ethical Decisions, Ignatian Spirituality, introduction to Philosophy, or World Religions
• Teach a full course load; 5 classes and emergency proctoring
• Participate in co-curricular, service and retreat opportunities with students
• Collaborate and communicate effectively with students, parents, colleagues, and administrators
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Salary : $50,000 - $65,000
