What are the responsibilities and job description for the A&P Assistant Professor Biology position at Loyola University - New Orleans?
We seek to hire a colleague whose primary teaching responsibility will be upper-level Anatomy & Physiology I and II and whose research program will focus on some aspect of vertebrate physiology. This will be a nine-month tenure-track position with the standard nine contact hour teaching load per semester to begin in Fall 2025.The ideal candidate will hold a Ph.D. degree in the life sciences; have significant postdoctoral experience; possess excellent teaching skills; be able to conduct research in collaboration with undergraduates in an area that complements existing faculty; and increase the diversity of our department.
