Collection Accessibility :
- Arranges and describes Archival Collections. Updates finding aids and addresses preservation needs for Collections.
- Tracks unprocessed Collections. Updates internal documentation to make Collections more accessible to WLA staff.
- Makes Collections available online by posting finding aids and digital materials and creating other resources via various Loyola University Chicago and collaborative platforms.
- Updates list of unprocessed materials to determine processing priorities and prepare for future processing.

Minimum Education and / or Work Experience
An ALA-accredited MLS / MLIS with concentration in Archives and a minimum of two years' experience processing archival collections, with knowledge of archival theory and practice
