Responsibilities:
Strategic Vision & Leadership: Develop and execute strategic plans to expand the CM/CI division's market presence.
Project Oversight: Provide expert oversight and direction for complex construction projects, ensuring adherence to budget, schedule, and quality standards.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional client satisfaction.
Team Leadership & Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a team of highly skilled construction managers, inspectors, and support staff, fostering a culture of excellence and accountability.
Financial & Risk Management: Oversee the division's financial performance, manage budgets, and implement robust risk management strategies to mitigate potential project challenges.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
