Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Tenant Interiors Team. The selected candidate will be responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating activities of multiple construction projects. This includes estimating, budgeting, managing budgets, and schedule development, permitting, construction, and project closeout.
- Essential Duties:
- Prepare detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals as required for each project.
- Complete pre-bid site inspections and provide detailed proposals to clients.
- Procure trade contractors, materials, and suppliers to ensure project milestones and completion dates are met.
- Track and monitor overall construction schedule.
- Review and prepare weekly and monthly project reports, including progress status, contracts, projected costs, and potential changes.
