We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our Tenant Interiors Team. This role will involve managing multiple construction projects from onset through completion, ensuring objectives are met and clients are satisfied.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare budgets, detailed cost estimates, bids, and proposals for each project.
- Procure trade contractors, materials, and suppliers to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track and monitor overall construction schedules.
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with Terra's Safety and Quality Control practices and policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, construction engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 5 years of experience managing commercial construction projects.
- Proven record of successful outcomes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Tenant interiors experience.
- Proficiency in Procore.
- Experience working in CMIC software.
- OCCUPATIONAL SAFETY AND HEALTH ADMINISTRATION (OSHA) 10 and/or 30-Hour Training.
