Job Purpose
This position will support our Nashville HR team as a Summer Intern from May 2025 – August 2025 and will be based in Nashville, TN. This is a paid, full-time Internship.This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience across key human resources functions, such as recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, compensation, benefits, and HR compliance. Through projects and mentorship, the HR Intern will gain a deeper understanding of HR Operations and will contribute to initiatives that support employee and business objectives.

Job Purpose
This position will support our Nashville HR team as a Summer Intern from May 2025 – August 2025 and will be based in Nashville, TN. - Compliance: Observe how company policies align with employment laws and assist with documentation.
- Compensation: Education on salary structures and pay equity considerations.
- Benefits: Gain insights into benefits administration, employee enrollments, and employee wellness.
- Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, and Employee Retention: Experience the recruitment process from candidate screenings to interview coordination. Develop skills in onboarding by assisting with new hire integration and learn strategies for employee retention.
- Employee Relations: Develop an understanding of conflict resolution, performance management, and employee engagement.
- Learning & Development: Understand the continuous process of enhancing employees’ skills, knowledge, and competencies through training, education, and growth opportunities.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Strong organizational skills

- Time management skills
- Experience in HRIS systems is a plus!
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program, preferably in Human Resource Management or related field.
- Must have an expected graduation date of August 2025 or later
- Maintain a GPA of 3.0 or higher
- This position will work at home and in our Nashville office on a hybrid schedule.
